Markers cut off

Steps to reproduce:

• open Zeichnung-1.svg
• look at the markers

What happened?

• aside from their ugly color (which comes from testing for another issue), some of the arrows are cut off:

They are definitely included completely in the object's size (visual bounding box), but not rendered completely.

This is a long-standing issue, I don't remember when it didn't happen - but also couldn't find an older report.

What should have happened?

They should be rendered completely, as they are in Firefox, for example:
