Trying to bend a path with a Stroke Effect and a Fillet/Chamfer crashes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new document
2. Use pen to create a line with three points forming acute angle
3. Insert Power Stroke OR Taper Stroke OR Path Along Pattern path effect
4. Insert Fillet/Chamfer path effect
5. Pick Edit tool(F2)
6. Try to bend a line segment
