Vagrant port forwarding "get stuck"

After using vagrant destroy cp1 && run/provision cp1, I can't connect again with run/kubectl. It hang and timeout. Rebooting my computer "fix" it.

It's possible that it was a problem with the Ubuntu guest (but I really doubt it). The problem my be resolved now that I use Alpine Linux.
