show/hide Hotkey broken after OS X 10.6.6 update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Install newest Mac system update 10.6.6
- Try to use assigned hotkey to show/hide iterm2
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
you expect iterm2 to show and hide itself...instead nothing happens.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iTerm2 0.20.20110203
OS X 10.6.6
