+In case the comment pushed by Gitlab are not looking good on Jira, you might be 
+using the `Default Text Renderer` for comment rendering.
+
+Make sure that you are using the `Wiki Style Renderer` and not the 
+`Default Text Renderer`, by going to **Jira Administration** -> 
+**Issues** -> **Field Configuration**, search for **Comment** and click on 
+**Renderers**.
