Add full feature dropdowns to Group Security Dashboard filters

Problem to solve

Today the dropdowns in the Group Security Dashboard are missing functionality that would make filtering easier for the user.

Solution

Severity Filter

Existing	Dropdown
-	Add in header and close button. Change dropdown logic to stay open unless user clicks the close button or anywhere outside the dropdown. Adjust "All" to "All severities".

Projects Filter

Existing	New Dropdown
-	Add in header and close button. Add in filter field. Change dropdown logic to stay open unless user clicks the close button or anywhere outside the dropdown. Adjust "All" to "All projects". No logic needed anymore for separate dropdown views if a user has less than 20 projects.

Report types filter

Existing	New report type dropdown
Remove all as a selectable option.	Add in header and close button. Change dropdown logic to stay open unless user clicks the close button or anywhere outside the dropdown. Adjust "All" to "All report types".
