Keep previous review state visible when re-requesting review
Proposal
When re-requesting a review, we should display the following:
- Awaiting review
- Previous review state (if reviewed previously)
Currently when we don't display the previous review state, it makes it hard for people to find out why a merge check is blocking.
Example
In this MR the reviewer previously requested changes and then author re-requested a review.
When the review was re-requested this is what the reviewers section in the sidebar looks like:
It was not obvious why the merge check was failing since it looked like all of the reviewers approved or still needed to review (dash circle).
