Gitlab for Slack Deployment messages should include the Tag name/description if present and link to Environment

This is a Gitlab for Slack App deployment message, while you can click the commit hash as a link, often times the people viewing these messages are wanting to know what tag as opposed to what commit (I appreciate these are the same thing). It would be swell if this message could also include the tag name if it was for a tag, the tag description could also be used instead of the commit message which in our case is usually 'merged in to master'

Additionally, the message does include the Name of the environment, it would be great if this was a link to the Environment's URL.
