Bug At Filter Section In Branch Module

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

when i search branch name in branch all section and if result found than that branch displays on screen but if no result found than no result found message comes. Now, if i remove the search text from the search field by cross icon and after that i refresh the page than state remains unchanged i.e. inside search tab same search words present which is totally wrong. If i cleared the search field than after refreshing the page all branch names should come.
