Add animated icons and illustrations to a reviewer roulette

As far as I know, this is the plan on how to do it:

• Add them to the right users (@jmiocene, @jeldergl ???) here -> https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/tree/master/data/team_members/person
