Remove the "merged" tab from the merge request homepage
Proposal
Remove the "merged" tab from the merge request homepage.
The merged tab shows recently merged merge requests in the last 14 days. However if you haven't had anything merged in that time frame then that list is empty and you would need to go to the "Search" tab then "merged" there.
Need to consider how this would work from the "Active" homepage to direct users to the Search "merged" scenario from the action list were adding a link from the "reviews" and "assigned to me" lists but nothing else on other lists.

The merged tab is not that useful, and we have the (almost) same view inside of the
Searchtab so it feels like a duplicate.

When I open a merge requests as a user and click on "merged", I should see my merged requests, and more than 4 at least.
