Proposal

Before the moving of repository there was a proposal under scrutiny, for implementing tags/labels on GitLab snippets.

This would increase the usability and organization of snippets immensely. At the moment, when having too many snippets in listed in the view, it becomes cumbersome to navigate.

Snippets at the moment are just dumped there and can't be sorted or filtered whatsoever, limiting a lot the possibility of use of this tool.

Please, restore the evaluation from issue gitlab-foss#22056
