Preferences > Project overview content: Add link to Code files for non-default views

Context

#24746 (closed) Preferences > Behavior > Project overview content is a personal preference that allows users to change the content shown on the project overview page. However, if a user selects a non-default view (Activity, Readme, Wiki), no direct link to the code repository is shown.

I've just switched mine to "Readme" and now it's a nightmare to easily find the actual files.

Design Proposal

In non-default views, add a link to the Repository in the Project Overview page sidebar.
