Skip legacy WebIDE specs currently broken under Vue 3

We have some legacy WebIDE specs that fail under Vue 3. Since the legacy WebIDE is pending deletion, there's little point spending time fixing specs for it under Vue 3.

This issue exists only to document this fact. These specs do not need to be fixed under Vue 3, since they will soon enough just be deleted.

When can this issue be closed?

This issue can be closed when the legacy WebIDE has been removed from the codebase.
