Describe our processes

Why

We're currently trying out new processes on the team and seeing how they work. The SSOT for processes should be our handbook page. They should be easily discoverable with links to relevant ancillary resources (docs/sheets/issues/etc)

What

• list and describe our processes
• indicate which processes are experimental/something we're just trying out
• for experimental processes, let's include a start date, end date, and criteria for how we'll decide if the experiment will become a regular process. They should also probably have an issue where team members can give feedback on each process. Retro's could include links to the feedback issues to generate collaboration.
