Add meetings section
Why
All our meetings should documented so they are visible to team members. A brief description and a link to the item on the calendar should be included. Here's an example from another team.
What

Add general guidance around the following as shared documentation for FE/BE -
It's OK to start the meeting as soon as there are enough people to meaningful discuss an agenda item -
You don't have to wait for managers, ICs can start the meeting -
