Add meetings section

Why

All our meetings should documented so they are visible to team members. A brief description and a link to the item on the calendar should be included. Here's an example from another team.

What

  • Make sure all our meetings are on the proper calendar
  • Add a section with links/descriptions to our team handbook page
  • Add general guidance around the following as shared documentation for FE/BE
    • It's OK to start the meeting as soon as there are enough people to meaningful discuss an agenda item
    • You don't have to wait for managers, ICs can start the meeting
    • Guidance for recording the meetings and getting them on youtube create play list
