Workhorse: Downgrade zip-metadata error messages?

At !150464 (comment 2209401246) we introduced 2 new log messages: Failed to kill zip-metadata process group & Failed to close zip-metadata stdout. As discussed there, should they be downgraded from error to warning/info?

… they're 'cleanup' type logic.

Alternatively, should we add troubleshooting documentation so that Support and users (4 cases, as of Nov. 2024) can better address the underlying problem(s).
