Mobile file blob page: Blob lines not loading correctly after user scrolls horizontally

Problem

On mobile in the file blob page, there is a performance/loading issue with the page content not rendering correctly on mobile devices after you horizontally scroll in the file, then try to scroll down again.

Steps

• Open test site on mobile: https://gitlab.com/alyssatrinh/gitlab-test-project-security-policy-project/-/blob/main/mobydick.txt
• Scroll down the page, scroll horizontally a little bit, then scroll down again
• The page will load a white block instead of the intended page content. If you refresh the page and do not scroll horizontally, the page will load correctly as intended.
