Background

gitlab-org/foundations/ux-paper-cuts/team-tasks~29480955 has identified several issues from the Q3FY25 PCAST report that we can investigate and address in the upcoming milestones.

Improve UI for going between MRs and the pipelines. Often when going to a pipline from an MR, the best way to get back to the MR is going back onto the MRs link --> additional clicks.
