Docs: Add version history for the GitLab for Slack app

Problem to solve

The GitLab for Slack app page mentions this:

When GitLab releases new features for the GitLab for Slack app, you might have to reinstall the app to use these features.

The problem is that this page doesn't mention when a user should reinstall the app.

At the moment, we use release posts to communicate when the Slack app should be updated. However, not all users will read these.

Proposal

I suggest adding a version history list to this page that shows the following:

  • When the Slack app is updated, include this in the version history list along with the GitLab version the change was introduced in
  • Amend the docs to point to this version history list where it suggests you may need to reinstall the app when new features are introduced.
