Draft Notes API: Listing MR draft notes does not include file name for drafts notes created on a file

In the web UI for a merge request, under the changes tab, I created a draft note on a file (not a line in the file). When I use the Rest API to list the draft notes, I see it listed in the results, but most of the fields are blank or null. For example

This has no indication of what file the draft note is for.
