Add squash commits support for "All protected branches" rule and wildcard branch rules

Proposal

Currently, the squash commits feature for branch rules is available for:

• "All branches" rule
• Individual "Protected branch" rules

However, it is not available for the "All protected branches" rule and wildcard branch rules.

This was omitted from the initial implementation but should be added for feature completeness.

This issue proposes to add squash commits configuration support for these types of rules.
