Feature Proposal: Support Bitbucket API Tokens in GitLab Import API

Currently, GitLab's import API supports only Bitbucket app authentication:

However, due to Atlassian's notice of deprecating Bitbucket app authentication, it is no longer possible to generate an app password and use GitLab's API.
