Show current user at top in reviewer dropdown

Currently in the "Assignee" dropdown in a merge request, the current user is shown at the top (below any selected assignees, if present).

However in the "Reviewers" dropdown the current user is not given similar priority, making it more difficult to quickly add yourself as a reviewer.
