Rapid Diffs collapsed message has poor contrast when inverse dark/light mode is selected for syntax highlighting

How to reproduce

1. Select light mode for the GitLab UI
2. Select dark mode for syntax highlighting
3. Go to compare revisions page
4. Compare branch/commit that has collapsed diffs (whitespace only, non-diffables, etc)
5. Observe the collapsed message to be white text on white background
