Make inline blame and FTB work on narrow viewports

While working on the blame age indicator, I tested the blame page with both blame inline and file tree browser expanded.

Looks like we have an issue on the narrow viewports, where a default width of FTB combined with the fixed 400px width of the inline blame hardly leaves any room for viewing the file:

We need to figure out some enhancement that will make it more usable, before we move to GA both FTB and inline blame.
