Show pipeline ID in the auto-resolve note

As someone who is troubleshooting a flapping vulnerability, I want to know what pipeline caused the vulnerability to be resolved so that I can compare it with the pipeline which caused it to be redetected, so that I can understand the root cause of the status change.

Proposal

Include a link the the pipeline which resolved the vulnerability in the history.
