Feature Request: Show person who lasted updated MR
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
Proposal
Currently, in both the merge requests page for a particular project .../~/merge_requests and for a particular person .../dashboard/merge_requests, each row containing said MR shows the time at which the MR was last updated, but not the person who makes this edit.
Although there are features like assignees, requesting reviews, and so on that helps keep track who the next person concerned for an MR is, lots of developers don't strictly rely on them. And, whether or not this behaviour is "recommended", lots of developers carry out rapid-fire discussions in an MR.
In these cases it is easy to miss recent comments and forget to action on an MR.
The proposal is to add information who last updated the MR, so at a glance it is obvious whether "I" need to check the MR again.
E.g., turning the label "Updated 7 minutes ago" to "Updated 7 minutes ago by @lancylot2004".
