Create collapsible 'Logs' section container for workspace details page

Description

To improve the workspace failure visibility & troubleshooting, we need to create a collapsible "Logs" section container on the workspace details page. This section will be used in upcoming issues to display the logs coming from the workspace & filter them according to time.

Visual Changes

Acceptance criteria

• Add "Logs" collapsible section to workspace details page
• Implement expand/collapse functionality with proper chevron indicator
• Section is collapsed by default when page loads
• Create placeholder container rows for future logs content (filter controls, log entries, action buttons)
