Description

As part of our new designs for Workspaces, we want to update the status indicators with coloured visual cues and hover states so that the user can quickly identify workspace status and get additional context on hover.

Acceptance criteria

• Replace the simple text status badges with gl-icons with appropriate colour coding (refer these designs)
• Add hover state that displays tooltip with workspace name, status indicator badge & creation date
