Verify functionality of parent bulk editing for group level items

Ensure that group level items (issues and epics) are compatible with the Parent bulk editing option.

This will require making sure valid items load in the 'parent' dropdown, and that applying the new parent works successfully.

Note: This may already be working correctly, but thorough testing is required.
