Support git orderFile for custom diffs sorting

Git supports an order file that can control the ordering of the diffs. We could support that in our diffs through a .gitorderfile. If such a file is added then the diffs should respect its configuration for sorting.

This could be really useful for grouping files together, tailored to each project.
