[Spike] Investigate endpoints having a negative impact in the group's apdex

Context

This is a spike to improve robustness of our error budget(https://dashboards.gitlab.net/goto/zIMPBjyHg?orgId=1) and find any issues that might be solvable.

Proposal

• Check logs for failures contributing negatively to apdex
  • Rails Request Apdex
  • Puma Errors
• Create issues for further investigating addressing slow requests or errors responses related to the logs ^
