The design of the Commit list is being updated in &17482. The design introduces a new layout for the commit details of each individual commit.

currently, we reuse the commit list item here on MR commits page and last commit block on blob page. is the plan to update those as well?

Since we are updating the presentation of the commit list details block, other areas where this block is being used should be updated / redesigned as well:
