Summary

This issue is a placeholder issue for fixing all existing commit lists feature tests and adding more to cover new functionalities added as part of Refactor repository Commit list (&17482)

As part of Add feature flag and boilerplate for commit lis... (!192147 - merged), we've set the FF disabled globally. a number of tests were failing as we're in the early stage of feature developments. here are the list:
