Track user interactions with mobile file browser in Rapid Diffs

  suggestion (non-blocking) Could we add tracking to this button to know if people have found and are using this experience on mobile?

  1. Do we have info of how many merge requests are viewed on mobile phones?
     • This would be in the xs <576px viewport (Pajamas breakpoint reference)
     • Track: Page views of any merge request and breakpoint
  2. How many unique users have opened the file browser in mobile?
     • This would help us understand if this feature has been discovered without any assistance
     • Track: Specific event to a unique user (one time)

  @slashmanov This is non-blocking because I can see this as a fast follow from this MR and probably requires more refinement/investigation but I'll leave that decision to you.

  Aside: I personally reviewed a lot of this MR on my mobile phone so I am supportive of a better experience on mobile devices.
