Track user interactions with mobile file browser in Rapid Diffs

@slashmanov This is non-blocking because I can see this as a fast follow from this MR and probably requires more refinement/investigation but I'll leave that decision to you.
Aside: I personally reviewed a lot of this MR on my mobile phone so I am supportive of a better experience on mobile devices.
