Pull request changes on comment surrounding lines

When doing some changes related to the merge request comment, the notification of the change doesnt appear next to the comment when the line was added after the commented line. It shows up only if the exact same line was changed.
For example i make a comment that a line of code is missing. So naturally everything is good with existing line and another line of code has to be added, but this change doesnt show up in the comment overview.
Currently if i make a comment to change the existing line, the follow up code changes to the same line appear as "user changed this line in version..." and i am able to expand compare changes and see all the information needed. It would be nice to have this working with the lines that are next to the commented line.
