Parse variables set in run Slack slash command into CI variables

Proposal

A customer has CI variables defined in the job used for Slack slash command, and would like to set variables in the slash run command and pass to it to the CI job.

This is similar to this request (gitlab-com/chatops#164) in the Chatops project.
