User Problem

As a user, I want easily tell if certain projects, groups and their accompanying epics, issues and MRs have been imported to another instance, in order to work with the most up to date content.

Solution

Display a badge on migrated groups, projects, MRs, Epics and Issues when they have been migrated via direct transfer:

Example Project	Example Issue

Badges will link to the new item.
