Problem to solve

There is no simple way to temporarily disable repository mirroring.

Intended users

Any project owner that has push or pull mirroring enabled.

Further details

There are occasions where one would want to temporarily disable established push or pull mirroring. Currently one has to entirely delete the mirror(s) and recreate them when mirroring is desired again.

Proposal

Perhaps just a checkbox next to the push or pull mirror setting, in addition to the red 'X'.
