Warn against data loss when terminating a workspace from the admin UI

Description

When a Platform Admin terminates a workspace from the list of all workspaces running on an agent, the developer/owner of the workspace could have uncommitted changes or active processes. The risk of data loss is high, so we should warn the admin before completing the task.

• An alert is displayed after clicking the Terminate button that warns the admin of the risk of data loss.
