editor-injector: 404s for vsda assets

Description
As mentioned in #424977 (comment 1683349013) , there are still some 404s related to some "vsda" stuff. At this point we aren't sure what it is. Looking at https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/72885 , it looks like it is expected?
Questions:
- Is this something to worry about? Closed sourced stuff being added to VS Code fork which are not available in the OSS version?
- What are these VSDA assets and what are they used for? What is the impact of having 404s for these assets
