Review requests list shows wrong status for an MR

When looking at the Review Requests list, one of the MRs where I am a reviewer got marked as "Approved"

However, in reality, the MR only got reviewed and got comments from me, as a reviewer:

I assume this might be a UX miscommunication, which shows the MR as approved by anybody. However, I would expect it to show status in regard to my particular approval
