Highlight line range in the diff line comment

If you select a line range in the merge request and leave a comment it will appear on the Overview page as well. The Overview page has this range extended a little bit for more context. The problem is that the actual selected range is only given in numbers and it's not highlighted in the UI. This differs from the Changes page where this line range is highlighted if you hover over the comment. We could color code or highlight it in any other way to better indicate which lines this comment corresponds to on the Overview page.
