Branch rules overview - Do not display role of "No one" in summary

Proposal

When the 1 role selected is "No one", do not display the role name. Instead leave value blank.

In the scenario where an older branch protection setting may have role=no one and nothing else we would not display the summary line for that protection of "Allowed to merge" or "Allowed to push and merge"

Context

I was looking at the branch rules overview and noticed one of the rules said 1 role can push and 1 role can merge which I thought was weird because it should be configured so no one can do either things. I clicked on details and noticed it’s actually the No one role.
