in review mode place Viewed checkbox and comment button in bottom next to the next file button while have enabled "show one file at a time"

Proposal

When reviewing and have enabled the "show one file at a time" mode it would be nice to have the viewed checkbox and comment bottom in bottom next to the next/previous bottom. The reason is that it would requires less mouse movement when reached to the end of file to have the viewed checkbox and comment button next to the next button instead of move the mouse to the top of screen for then again to move it back to the next button.
