Feature: WebIDE Support for Push Options

Proposal

A US Federal customer is utilizing the Git server hooks and requires using push options, however, WebIDE users are able to bypass the server hooks when using the WebIDE to commit changes.

There was an open feature proposal to support this in VSCode, however it's since then closed: microsoft/vscode/issues/121845. Is this something that we can implement or would this need broader support in VSCode?
