Expose showSelectiveCodeOwnerRemovals also on group level

Problem to solve
In !90578 (comment 1011152962) & #344632 (comment 959864862) it was mentioned that Remove approvals by Code Owners if their files changed could be enabled for groups later.
Customers can let the other 2 settings (Keep approvals & Remove all approvals) cascade down, but not this one.
Proposal
Would it be as easy as deleting v-if="showSelectiveCodeOwnerRemovals" there?
