Option to set default CSV viewer to plain code instead of table

Proposal

Add a configuration option for CSV blob viewer to default to the preferred view. Alternatively, this could be a setting for blob viewers in general. I would prefer to see the actual code when I look at my CSV files, without having to switch the view every time I load one.
