Add shortcut to revert-MR in commit Options dropdown, instead of hiding "Revert" option there

Problem to solve
When browsing the /-/commit page of one that you want to revert (example), the Option > Revert button is hidden, because it has already been used.
This is documented, but can be confusing esp. in those high-stress situations that would require a revert.
Proposal
Instead of hiding the Revert option, display the same MR icon as in the /-/branches to guide users towards the MR.
Intended users
But really anyone member of a team, who commits and uses MRs.
